سياسة الخصوصية — صهوة
تطبيق «صهوة» (Sahwa) يساعد مربّي الخيل على إدارة مرابطهم وخيولهم. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات وكيف نستخدمه.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور عند إنشاء حساب.
- بيانات المربط: اسم المربط وشعاره الاختياري.
- بيانات الخيل والسجلات: الاسم، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس، اللون، المايكروتشب، رقم الجواز، النسب، السجلات الصحية والتشبيه، المصروفات والإيرادات، والإنجازات.
- الملفات التي ترفعها: صور وفيديو ومستندات، ومنها جوازات الخيل وشهادات النسب.
- بيانات تقنية بسيطة لازمة لتشغيل التطبيق وحل الأعطال.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- لتشغيل التطبيق وحفظ سجلات مربطك وعرضها لك.
- لقراءة الجوازات وشهادات النسب واستخراج بياناتها بالذكاء الاصطناعي عند رفعك لها. تُرسل الملفات إلى مزوّد خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي لمعالجتها فقط، وليس لغرض آخر.
- للتواصل معك بخصوص حسابك والدعم.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نتتبعك عبر التطبيقات والمواقع الأخرى.
أين تُحفظ البيانات
تُحفظ بياناتك وملفاتك لدى مزوّد استضافة سحابي (Supabase)، وتُقيَّد صلاحيات الوصول بحيث يرى كل مربط بياناته فقط.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نشارك بياناتك إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمات الذين يشغّلون التطبيق (الاستضافة والذكاء الاصطناعي)، أو عند إلزامنا بذلك نظاماً. وإذا أضفنا لاحقاً ميزة نشر الإعلانات والخدمات العامة، فما تنشره بنفسك في الإعلان (مثل وصف الخيل وبيانات التواصل) سيكون ظاهراً لمستخدمي التطبيق، وسنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل ذلك.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. ويمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك في أي وقت عبر البريد أدناه، أو من داخل التطبيق عند توفر هذا الخيار.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجه لمن هم دون ١٣ سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.
التعديلات على السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه عند ذلك.

Privacy Policy — Sahwa
Sahwa (صهوة) helps horse breeders manage their stables and horses. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Account data: email address and password when you create an account.
- Stable data: stable name and optional logo.
- Horse records: name, date of birth, sex, color, microchip, passport number, pedigree, health and breeding records, income and expenses, and achievements.
- Files you upload: photos, videos and documents, including horse passports and pedigree certificates.
- Basic technical data needed to run the app and fix errors.
How we use your data
- To run the app and store and show your stable records.
- To read passports and pedigree certificates with AI and extract their data when you upload them. Files are sent to an AI service provider only to process them, not for any other purpose.
- To contact you about your account and support.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps and websites.
Where data is stored
Your data and files are stored with a cloud hosting provider (Supabase). Access is restricted so each stable can see only its own data.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run the app (hosting and AI processing), or when required by law. If we later add public listings and services, anything you choose to publish in a listing (such as horse details and contact information) will be visible to app users, and we will update this policy before that happens.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all your data at any time using the email below, or inside the app when that option is available.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
